Executive Consulting Service to the Transmission and Drivetrain Industry

Balanced Fulcrum Advisors, LLC (BFA) capitalizes on the deep experience of its President and Principal Consultant, GREGORY L. HADLEY, to provide consulting and coaching support to organizations working in the global Transmission and Drivetrain sector.  His background spans practically all ground vehicle vocations and transmission types. Greg’s 45+ year career of providing leadership, product planning, product engineering execution, and organizational capability growth can be applied to accelerate your firm’s engineering productivity growth and elevate the quality of product design released the first time through your engineering process.

Transmission and Drivetrain systems present a large number of requirements, interfaces and dependencies.  Achieving the product design that properly considers these and other factors requires expert balance and trade-off skill throughout the engineering activity in order to yield a product that is successful in the market and supportive of the objectives of the business.

In addition to addressing the TECHNICAL RISK during product design, the engineering program must simultaneously factor in the SCHEDULE RISK and the COST RISK of the overall project.  Blending these elements of total program risk management likewise requires experienced-based expertise to establish the proper weighting of these risk elements and successfully balance the project on a winning program fulcrum.

Leveraging the background and experience of Mr. Hadley can significantly elevate the quality of engineering decisions and decrease the time to perform this complex balancing task for your organization’s product projects.  In addition, your team’s ongoing capability is improved through hands-on learning during live project execution with the coaching and technique exposure Mr. Hadley provides.
